The case is made of die-cast aluminum dyed with powder paint. The power unit and battery are built in the lamp’s case.

SPECIFICATION

Primary power indication  while AC input, green LED is on; on the contrary, geen LED turns off.

Note  The device autonomously switches between operation/emergency module depend on the voltage of alternating current. When the AC voltage is between 132V to 187V, the device would operate on emergency module; when the AC voltage become normal, the device would switch the emergency status to charge status autonomously.

Charge indication  AC-input charge function. On charging status, red LED is on; while the battery is full, red LED turns off. Within the temperature -5°C to +40°C, the battery is fully charged within 24 hours.

Inspection indication  while the fuse broken or without good contact, wiring troubles, battery out of the circuit, the yellow LED is on with alarming sound.

Maintenance:

1. The device adopts evacuated Ni-Cd battery pack, please charge for 20 hours before application. The initial duration might be insufficient by prolonged unocupation, please charge/discharge for 3 times thoroughly(charge for 20 hours and discharge until the battery empty), then the battery would be recovered.            2. Barely use the identical fuse for substitution. For personnel savety, please cut off the AC before replacement.

3. Prolonged unoccupation might affect the battery life-span, we suggest to charge/discharge every 3 months minimum. Charge/discharge every 6 months in general application.    4. In general, the battery pack is able to charge/discharge for 500 times.
